They can be cleared for a final finish or used as a base coat for Pearls, or Kandys. We recommend clear coating Shimrin® Neons with HOK's Urethane clear which contains much more UV absorbers than other standard clears - thus reducing possible sun fades.
Shimrin® Neons have a limited color fastness in the direct sun, so an overall project in Neon is not recommended.
IMPORTANT: Neons have limited light fastness in the sun. Use where high visual impact is important and light fastness is not.
